Sunny

He was overweight, covered with bug bites, had skin infections, chronic ear infections, hot spots on his front legs… He looks like a show dog and has the softest coat and most gorgeous mane.

Sunny was just over 4 years old when we took him in as our foster dog. He was overweight, covered with bug bites, had skin infections, chronic ear infections, hot spots on his front legs and he had been totally shaved. We are convinced that giving Sunny Kumpi helped him get healthy very quickly. Of course we gave him plenty of love and exercise, but this quality food helped to turn this dog around.

Today, people stop us in the park to comment on his coat and how gorgeous he is. Everyone is always asking what do we feed him? He looks like a show dog and has the softest coat and most gorgeous mane. He never stinks and his ears look spectacular. Oh, and he lost 20 pounds! We have transformed Sunny in the last 8 months and Kumpi was a big part of that transformation.

Thanks to Heart of Texas Lab Rescue, Sunny was recently adopted and now enjoys his very own forever family who think he’s very special. They continue to feed him Kumpi so that they can keep that boy looking spectacular. We totally love Kumpi. Thanks so much for producing such a great product!

p.s. Sunny’s foster brother Papi, a chiweenie, also eats Kumpi and his coat looks awesome too!

We are Sunny’s new family and we certainly feel incredibly lucky to have him on our lives. We were so touched with Sue’s story about Sunny and what Kumpi food had done for him that we immediately converted over to Kumpi Senior formula for our 9.5 year old Chocolate Lab, Sigo. We are now big fans!

Thanks for including Sunny on the KumpiLove website with all these other great dogs and cats and their stories. It’s so fun that he gets his very own page.

I forgot to mention how helpful Evy Serpa was on the phone and via email when I first purchased Kumpi. She knows so much about animals and food and was more than eager to share her knowledge with me. She and I were totally on the same page about what foods to add to Kumpi for an extra treat for the dogs, like groats, brown rice and pumpkin.

Great job on the website Max! Awesome idea to share all the Kumpi stories with others!

I was Sunny’s foster dad. I could not believe how fast he transformed on Kumpi. When we got him gunk that looked like coffee grounds was building up in his ears. The night before he went to his new forever home i cleaned his ears and .could barely see anything on the q-tips. That mane around his neck is spectacular. My little guy Papi’s coat (see above) looks fantastic also. I am so happy for Sunny. Kumpi is some good stuff!
