
We started feeding our dog Kumpi. . . when he was about 8 years old, to see if it would help his dry skin. It did, so we stuck with it. In April he will be 15. . .

When the specialist did an ultrasound, it showed a 10cm (4″) tumor where Reason’s small and large intestines meet. And they were 97% sure it would be malignant. . . but it had ruptured…
NOTE FROM KUMPILOVE: Reason’s father and mother both died of cancer at a young age. Robin did not realize Reason’s pedigree was riddled with cancer before she’d fallen in love with him and taken him home.

His name is Murphy. He’s going to be a therapy dog one day. He’s in the process of completing the first of many classes and doing very well. . .

And the wolf shall be a guest of the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; the calf and the young lion shall browse together, with a little child to guide them. . .

. . .What’s a mother to do? Call my favorite friend/GSD breeder for the very best dog food. . . Kumpi, of course.

They love boating on the Chesapeake Bay!. . . And Nate’s energy level is unsurpassed. He goes full speed ahead until it’s time for a nap.

Meet the newest addition to our family – Bratton. . . Piper is being a great big sister! Piper is a golden retreiver born June 2010. Bratton is a human born August 2011.

I thought I would save myself some money and try a catfood from the grocery store. . . This morning she threw up, the first time EVER! Well, I’m not giving them anymore of THAT garbage.

Kumpi has been Frankie’s main source of food for about 8 years. He’s 15-1/2 years old and still going strong. Kumpi has been a major factor in his longevity.

He did well during surgery, tolerated his medication well. He had to go off his KumpiKat while his mouth healed. So two days into an all can food diet we were cleaning diarrhea off his rear every few days . . .
